Deep Cleaning            

Our deep cleaning services go beyond the basics, ensuring your home looks and feels like new. We focus on the details that make the biggest difference, spending extra time in neglected areas like:

  • Ceiling-to-floor dusting, including ceiling fans, baseboards, and wall scuffs

  • Cleaning inside drawers, cabinets, and appliances

  • Underneath and behind furniture

  • Interior windows, sliders, and tracks (exterior windows at an additional cost)

Small Business Cleaning

A clean business is a reflection of professionalism. CleanChris offers flexible, reliable cleaning services tailored to your schedule to ensure your workplace remains inviting and spotless. Services include:

  • Dusting and wiping all accessible surfaces

  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors

  • Inside windows and mirrors

Service can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to fit your needs.

 FAQs

  • We understand that plans can change! You are welcome to reschedule your cleaning appointment once at no additional charge by sending an email to clean@cleanchris.com or calling (760) 705-4005. To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

    If you need to reschedule more than once, a non-refundable credit card processing fee will be charged to the card on file for each additional rescheduling request.

  • Customers may cancel their scheduled cleaning services by providing us with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost to the credit card on file. If a customer cancels a service after our team has arrived at the location, the full service fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

    Refunds are not provided for services that have already been completed. If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided, they must contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the issue and, if deemed appropriate, offer a partial refund or arrange for a re-cleaning at no additional cost.

    For any other refund or credit requests, customers should contact our support team at clean@cleanchris.com. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Not typically. Professional exterior window cleaning is part of a Deep Clean at an additional cost. Please contact us to learn more. *Interior window cleaning is standard and we will spot check obvious marks and finger prints.

  • No. We require that all of our properties have a functioning, preferably high-capacity washer/dryer in unit. We do not service homes with only coin operated laundry.

  • Our team will keep track of inventory and notify the homeowner when supplies need to be reordered. We do not personally shop or fulfill any of the supplies ourselves. Please contact us to learn more.

  • We can but we prefer to work directly with the homeowner. Things generally run smoother when there is one point of contact per property.

  • We do our best to accommodate all last minute bookings but it is never a guarantee (especially in the high season). We ask that all cleaning requests are made with at least 7 days notice.
